Biography

Doctor of economic sciences. Professor of the Department of Finance of the West Ukrainian National University. Taras has considerable experience in the field of scientific expertise in public finances, particularly, in fiscal and tax policy.  Author of more than 80 scientific and analytical publications, including the monograph “Fiscal Imperatives of Economic Equilibrium”.
