Serhiy Potapov

Biography

Sergiy Potapov has more than 15 years of managerial experience. Today Sergiy helps for different organizations (including government and non-commercial structures) to improve their capacity for changes.

Sergiy was responsible for first CCPM implementation in Ukraine, first scrum setup in government structure for non-IT project (Prozorro); consulted in Project Management for more than 50 organizations from different spheres (from software development to religious organizations). Main interest in Project Management is the efficiency of multi-project execution in resources-constrained environment.
