Strategic HR professional with a very diverse background in Culture and Organizational Transformation with more than 20 years of experience. Performed as the HR Business Lead for EEMEA Region in Mondelez International; CEO and Co-Founder Changers, Leadership Consultancy; HR Business Lead Ukraine, Russia, Eurasia, Mondelez International Culture and Transformation, Regional Project Lead; HR Business Lead Ukraine and New markets of Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Kraft Foods.

Oksana has expertise in leadership development, human resources management, organizational change and transformation.
