Roman Neyter is engaged in research and consultancy in the field of agrarian and land policy, in particular, in the EU and World Bank program “Support to Transparent Land Governance in Ukraine”, as well as in the framework of the UaFoodTrade project – a project for the sustainable internationalization of scientific institutions in Ukraine, supported by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
Roman graduated from the joint master’s program of the Kyiv School of Economics and the University of Houston in 2017.
Roman’s areas of research include the land market in Ukraine, assessing the development potential of united territorial communities, and assessing the damage, losses, and needs for reconstruction and rehabilitation of Ukrainian agriculture.
