Biography
Halyna has over 15 years of professional experience in journalism, data and legislative analysis, project management, and communications.
She has worked in leading Ukrainian media and think tanks, including VoxUkraine, where she managed projects on state budget analysis and reform communications, as well as in international initiatives such as EU4PAR (EU-funded Public Administration Reform).
She also held senior positions in state institutions, serving as Director of the Communications Department at the National Bank of Ukraine in 2020–2022.
Halyna has unique expertise in building effective communications and leading teams in crisis situations, particularly during the onset of the full-scale war.
Since 2024, she has headed the KSE Institute’s Project Office, which provides expert support to public authorities in implementing reforms under the Ukraine Facility plan and advancing the country’s European integration process.
Areas of Activity
- Building and maintaining communications between think tanks, government, and international partners
- Organizing public events and workshops in the expert–government dialogue format
- Developing educational and outreach programs, including the creation and launch of training courses, as well as delivering lectures and training for diverse audiences (journalists, civil servants, etc.)
- Coordinating and managing projects in the field of European integration
