Ellina Yurchenko is a Doctor of Philosophy in Law, received her degree at Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, specializes in land and agrarian law. Ellina also has extensive experience in public administration, policy analysis and formation, and interaction with state authorities. In 2022-2024 she also studies at the MSc program of KSE, Public Policy and Governance. Ellina works as an expert in land and agrarian law at the Center for Food and Land Use Research at the Kyiv School of Economics.
Ellina’s areas of research are the land market in Ukraine, land rights, land irrigation, agrarian policy analysis, public administration improvement and many others.
