Biography
Anton Drobovych is a PhD, public intellectual, and expert in cultural policy and memory politics. He served as the Head of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory (2019-2024) and is a member of the Supervisory Board of the “Remembrance, Responsibility and Future” Foundation (EVZ), Federal Republic of Germany.
He is the author of academic courses, lecture series, and more than 50 scholarly publications in philosophy, cultural studies, and historical policy. He serves on the board of the Workshop of Academic Religious Studies and is the former Head of Educational Programs at the Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Center, as well as an expert at the Institute for Social and Economic Research.
Anton Drobovych has worked in public administration and in national cultural and educational institutions, including serving as Adviser to the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine and as Head of the Strategy and Museum Development Unit at the Mystetskyi Arsenal National Art and Culture Museum Complex.
