The course is designed for IT professionals who want to learn a proven, systematic approach to new product development through applied creativity. Participants will get a great overview of the fundamental purpose of product management: driving product innovation within the company, guiding the success of a product through uncertainty, and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it.
Product development is a team sport, involving many people throughout an organization that is why the course designed to facilitate collaborative learning through discussion and a team-based final project. For the final project, participants will execute the PM process from end to end, developing a product prototype that’s aligned with both customer needs and business goals.
