Description
This course will help students to understand how properly identify and formalize problem to be solved with help of IT solutions, how to define and specify IT solutions, deliver IT solutions and do their evaluation
Within the course, we will cover business and needs analysis, solution scope definition and decomposition, solutions’ implementation approach and other important pillars of IT solution management. Particular focus will be paid to practical instruments for requirements management and solution’s modeling techniques.
Students will receive theoretical framework for IT solutions management based on best practices and practical cases with instruments on “how to” implement their ideas and projects in real life situations.
