– Evaluation, selection, prioritization, and funding of competing IT investments; IT supply-side governance
– Effective IT procurement; Running IT projects effectively
– Oversight of IT initiatives implementation; split of responsibilities on IT between Supervisory Board/Management Board/IT committees; organizational models for IT/CIO office
– Evaluation of the effectiveness of IT function, IT KPIs
– Insourcing/outsourcing considerations, talent management
Within IT Strategy pillar the following is covered:
– Scoping of IT Strategy projects
– Identification of strategic business priorities; high-level business requirements investigation and management
– IT applications strategy development/system selection
– Benefits and expectations management for IT Strategy projects
