Kyiv School of Economics continues to collect humanitarian aid for Ukrainians

26 May 2022

Humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians during the war remains a priority for charitable projects of Kyiv School of Economics. As for now, the KSE volunteer team continues to collect donations for 5 projects totaling $3,300,000.

Active hostilities in the East and in the south of our state continue. Ukrainian defenders are in dire need of modern ammunition and equipment in order to resist the offensive of the aggressor. To purchase everything necessary, KSE is teaming up with leading Ukrainian and international companies.

This week we are raising funds in several key areas:

  • • $70,000 for vehicles, mobility aids and communications equipment for Ukrainian Rocket Forces units on the frontline;
  • • $150,000 for 500 protective helmets for border guards, fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard and the Territorial Defense of the Sumy region;
  • • $180,000 for drones and unmanned vehicles for the Ukrainian military on the front lines with UACC;
  • • $1,000,000 for the purchase of first aid kits in cooperation with Data and Aid Tech (D.A.T.A.);
  • • $ 1,900,000 for 5,000 protective kits for the defenders in the East of Ukraine.

Thanks to the support of donors, Kyiv School of Economics has successfully completed fundraising for cars and SUVs for our defenders in the East, as well as armored ambulances for Ukrainian medical troops.

The KSE team thanks our partners for their active participation in the School’s humanitarian projects, assistance in raising funds and supplying the necessary ammunition. We are also grateful to everyone who took part in the relief campaigns.
