KSE launches the course “European Integration for Civil Servants” with the support of the EU

The Kyiv School of Economics is opening enrollment for the course “European Integration for Civil Servants.”
The program is designed for professionals involved in EU accession negotiations, reform implementation, and cooperation with European institutions.
The course will help participants better understand how EU policies are developed and implemented, how decisions are made at the level of EU institutions, and how this knowledge can be applied in the process of aligning Ukrainian legislation with European norms and standards.
Special attention will be given to the practical aspects of European integration — from the specifics of negotiations within the cluster approach and the adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the EU acquis, to the challenges civil servants face at each stage of the accession process.
Who is this course for?
• Civil servants responsible for European integration processes.
• Heads and employees of international cooperation departments.
• Representatives of local self-government bodies engaged in EU cooperation.
• Experts responsible for developing and implementing policies related to European integration.
Сourse topics covering key aspects of EU functioning, decision-making processes in executive bodies, and European policy mechanisms.
The program includes:
• Lectures by leading Ukrainian and international experts.
• Assignments in the format of discussions and case studies.
Course duration – 1 month.
Start date – August 30, 2025. Classes are planned for Saturdays.
Registration deadline: August 27, 2025.
Language of instruction – Ukrainian and English.
Format – blended learning, which includes theoretical lectures, individual practical assignments, joint discussions, and group case studies.
