KSE congratulates Avellum Partners with 6th anniversary

Kyiv School of Economics had a pleasure to collaborate with Avellum Partners for conference on legal and governance reform presentation of US-Ukraine Business Council White Paper on Legal reforms. Event successfully was held on 15th of October at the KSE.

Avellum Partners was established on 9 July 2009 as a law firm specialising in corporate finance, and initially covering mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and restructurings. The Firm was founded by Kostiantyn Likarchuk, who previously headed Melnychenko & Likarchuk attorneys at law and Mykola Stetsenko, who was previously a partner at the Kiev Office of international law firm Baker & McKenzie. In February 2010 Glib Bondar, who was previously a partner with Baker & McKenzie, joined Avellum Partners as a Partner to head the Firm’s banking and finance practice.
