KSE students are among the Finalists of 2014-2015 CFA Institute Research Challenge in Ukraine!

On Friday, October 24, 2014 CFA Society Ukraine officially opened Local Level of the 2014-2015 CFA Institute Research Challenge – the most prestigious competition in equity research for students in the world.

This year more than 100 students of 27 teams from 11 regions in Ukraine participated in the most prestigious competition in equity research for students world-wide.

Due to graders’ results, the following teams with the highest score for written reports who will compete at the Local Final are:

• Kyiv School of Economics (Faculty Adviser: Tom Coupe)

• Chernihiv State Technological University (Faculty Adviser: Yaroslav Petrakov)

• Kharkiv National University of Economics (Faculty Adviser: Nataliya Vnukova)

• Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (Faculty Adviser: Larysa Antoniuk)

• Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (Faculty Adviser: Olena Tsirkun)

• National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine (Faculty Adviser: Olga Pizhuk)

• Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University (Faculty Adviser: Yuriy Verlanov)

• Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Faculty Adviser: Mariya Borovikova)

• Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Faculty Adviser: Pavlo Dzyuba)

• Zaporizhzhya National Technical University (Faculty Adviser: Irina Nechaeva)

These teams would have a chance to compete for the opportunity to represent Ukraine on EMEA Regional Final during the Local Finals scheduled for February 13, 2015.
