On November 17 Kyiv School of Economics hosted Jean-Michel Cramier, Director of Corporate Relations and Executive Training at La Rochelle Business School with the Open Lecture on the topic “What leaders really do”:
“Today 53% of companies worldwide are looking for talents. They say they don’t have people that they need to face the changes of the market and innovations. If you want people to produce ideas, you need special circumstances: vision, motivation, action, control. That is what leaders do. It’s the responsibility of the leader to show people the right direction using the right words that everybody understands”.
