Projects that Inspire: Development and Implementation

«Projects that inspire» is the program for managers of all levels who want to become better project managers, in order to choose projects that will meet the requirements of their companies’ strategy, and implement them to achieve successful results. The Program is based on innovative management approaches – Blue ocean strategy and Critical chain project management.

The main goal of the program is to give comprehensive understanding of project management and provide acquisition of appropriate skills in all the aspects of project management: goal management, time project management, HR management, time insurance buffers management, project funds management and project challenges management.
