KSE is a partner of CEO Club Ukraine in organizing a CEO Round Table

On the 6th of March at the “Premier Palace” hotel, CEO Club Ukraine together with KSE will hold a CEO Round Table – communication event for Business owners and Chief executives. This is a new format of CEO Networking Platform, which established a good reputation in the past year among business circles.
During the event, participants will be able to get new first-level connections, share own experience at round tables, get new ideas.
Participants will be divided into 8 working groups, each one will give them an opportunity of exchanging practical experience, getting advice of expert-moderator, as well as getting new ideas for business development.
Every participant has to choose two most useful topics, which are divided into 8 tables:
1st How to protect and keep the business: external and internal risks.
2nd What does it mean to be an effective leader?
3rd IT in business: perspectives, opportunities, limitations.
4th How to get along with few partners in the same business, formula for effective partnership.
5th Balance of interests: the owner vs employed management. How not to become a hostage of your own business?
6th Talents in your business: finding, developing, retaining.
7th Outsourcing in business: advantages and disadvantages/ pros and cons.
8th Mind battle: the role of marketing and PR-technologies in business.
CEO Round Table benefits are obvious: first-level connections, a practical solution for an issue or a problem, based on the experience of business leaders, as well as generating new ideas for development of own business.
