New column by Oleksandr Shepotylo for Forbes

In his column for Forbes, Oleksandr Shepotylo analyzes the main advantages and disadvantages, for the Ukrainian economy,  of Russia joining the World Trade Organization. He concludes that for Ukraine the benefits outweigh the cost.
