Taras leads the development of new programs and organizational transformation of Policy Research Department. He works closely both with the Policy Research project teams and external stakeholders to develop and deliver high-quality research and consulting products. Taras works with various managerial and programmatic issues such as strategic planning, proposal development, monitoring and evaluations etc. He also contributes to research and analytical work on public procurement, international trade, innovations and economic development. Taras holds an MSc degree in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
