Kyiv School of Economics has entered the “TOP 5 Employers Among Medium-Sized Businesses” 2026 ranking for the second time according to NV & Odgers. The companies were evaluated by the publication’s editorial board and an expert jury across four areas:
- support for veterans and their families
- diversity and inclusion
- assistance to employees in crisis situations
- talent development and internal mobility.
Based on the total scores received, the editorial board formed a list of 50 large businesses and five medium-sized companies that became the best employers.

For the second consecutive year, KSE is included in the ranking of Ukraine’s best employers according to NV and Odgers Ukraine.
Today, our ecosystem brings together over 1,000 people, more than 700 of whom work full-time. We are expanding our areas of activity, maintaining a stable eNPS level, and implementing new programs for employee support, professional development, and well-being.
For KSE, this award is a recognition of the team’s work and the approach to organizational development. In conditions of rapid growth, our priority is to create a high-quality work environment where people have opportunities to grow, realize their potential, and work on complex and important tasks for the country.
Investing in people and developing strong teams is also an investment in KSE’s institutional capacity to fulfill its mission and contribute to systemic changes in Ukraine.
