Biography

From 1995 to 1997 Viktor Pynzenyk served as Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine. From 1994 to 1995, he was the First Deputy Prime Minister. In 1994-2000 he was a freelance adviser to the President of Ukraine on economic policy. He has been the Chairman of the Council for Economic Reform under the President of Ukraine since December 1994 and the Chairman of the National Council for Statistics under the President of Ukraine since April 1995. 3rd Minister of Economy of Ukraine. 8th Minister of Finance from February 2005 to August 2006, 10th Minister of Finance from December 2007 to February 2009.
