Dmytro Iarovyi

Associate Professor at the Department of Social Sciences, Academic Director of the PhD Program in Public Policy, PhD in Political Psychology

Biography

Dmytro’s research and teaching interests focus on political communication, including the issues of disinformation, resilience to information disorders, GR, interaction of pop-culture and politics.

He is also a lecturer at Vytautas Magnus University and Vilnius University (Lithuania).

In 2026, Dmytro was a Visiting Scholar at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University, in 2022-2023 – Non-Resident Fellow at the Institute for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies (IERES) at George Washington University.

Previously, he worked as a Head of the International Communications at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (2016-2017), and Director of the Management of Public Finance Program at KSE (2017-2022).
