Anders Aslund in his publication The Basket Case in Foreign Policy estimates the state of Ukrainian economy and economic policy. He refers to the research paper by Alexander Shepotylo, where Prof. Shepotylo assesed that the agreement with EU would expand Ukraine’s exports by 46 % in the long term.
