Andrii is graduated from the Master’s Program “Public Policy and Governance” of the Kyiv School of Economics. His master’s thesis was a study of the impact of incumbent status on his chances of re-election in Ukraine. Prior to the work in the Center, Andrii was engaged in research on issues of decentralization, territorial community development and open data for NDI, NED, USAID and World Bank.
In center he researchers the topics of State-society relations in Ukraine, including local democracy; Local self-government: cooperation with central authorities, business, public organizations, other hromadas; Hromadas resilience research; Decentralization reform; Military-Civilian cooperation; Local elections.
