We continue this approach in three independent educational blocks of the MBA program, which organically complement each other:
The MBA on the Frontline program is based on a Course Carousel model, which allows students to look at business management in a structured way from different angles, as well as to start their studies with a block that is needed right now

Admission process
To enroll in the program, you need to:
- • Submit documents and a motivation letter (in English)
- • Pass a professional exam and an individual oral interview in a foreign language: February 20-27, 2023
- • Enrollment in the program takes place within two weeks after the interview
- • Start of studies – March 6, 2023

FAQ
Who is your MBA program for?
The 20-month English-language program is designed for managers and company owners who want to strengthen their business now and develop it in post-war Ukraine. The program is aimed at leaders who see challenges as opportunities instead of obstacles.
What is the program length?
The program covers 20 months and consists of 7 educational modules including the Capstone Project. The estimated duration of each module is 2-3 months. Students have up to three courses within each module and can take two of them in parallel.
The program is complemented by career coaching of students and a business simulation course on the StratX platform, which allows students to make, analyze and evaluate business decisions in terms of their effectiveness in real time.
What is the Capstone Project?
Capstone Project is a practical work, a business plan prepared by a student during their studying and defended at the end of the MBA program. It is aimed at creating a new business or improving an existing one. CP applies the knowledge acquired during the entire learning.
Learning format and schedule?
The schedule is flexible and adapted to students’ working hours. Studying takes place in the evenings and/or on weekends. In total, about 12 hours per week.
Classes are held online. We are currently working on providing a high-quality hybrid learning format, so that starting in March 2023, students can participate in classes at the KSE premises.
If an air raid starts during the class?
Your safety is our priority. Students and faculty are advised to move to the nearest shelter to continue classes in a safe place. If in the first 10 minutes after the start of the air raid 30% of students report about the impossibility of continuing their studies, the class will be stopped. Then, additional hours are allocated for conducting the suspended lecture.
If you are at the premises of the KSE during the air raid, you can move to the equipped shelters within the building and continue classes there
If the light goes out during the class?
If more than 30% of the students have their light gone out during the class and it is not possible to continue, the lecture is stopped. Otherwise, the lecture continues, and students who were forced to miss it due to a power outage will be able to watch the recording of the lecture on their personal account in Moodle.
If during the power outage you are at the KSE premises, you can move to the prepared warm shelters within the building and continue studying there – the School is equipped with generators and permanent Internet connection.
Language of study?
English, the Intermediate level is sufficient for studying.
Do you accept the results of IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English Language Assessment (CELA) instead of an interview in English?
Yes, if you have a Master’s or Specialist’s degree.
What is the size of the group?
20-25 students
Cost and payment?
The cost of the MBA program is 540 000 UAH. Payment is made prior to the beginning of each module.

МВА-програма налічує Основні (core) та Вибіркові (elective) курси* і фінальний Capstone Project.
*Кількість вибіркових курсів становить 40% від МВА-програми. Раз на півроку їх перелік та контент переглядається та змінюється відповідно до актуального запиту. Основними критеріями вибору в оновленій програмі стали діджиталізація, менеджмент воєнного та післявоєнного часу і м’які навички.
