Program structure

 

The updated MBA program includes joint courses with the POLIMI Graduate School of Management. They combine international experience and business tools together with the skills of their application in Ukrainian realities.

We will work with the latest actual cases of Ukrainian business in wartime and lay the foundations for business development in post-war Ukraine.

 

One of the powerful updates to the program will be the Simulation Course on business, which will involve the use of the latest AI technologies. Students will be able not only to explore examples of business case solutions, but to independently make choices and analyze business decisions from the point of view of effectiveness.

 

The MBA program includes Core and Elective courses* and the final Capstone Project.

*The number of elective courses is 40% of the MBA program. The list and content of the electives is revised and changed according to current demand every six months. Digitalization, wartime & postwar management, and soft skills became the main selection criteria in the updated program.

How to apply

To enroll in the program you need to:

  • • Submit documents and motivation letter (in English)
  • • Take a professional exam and have an individual interview in a foreign language: from August 25 to August 31 
  • • Enrollment in the program takes place during August
  • • Start of studies – September 1, 2022
  • • The deadline for the documents submission – August 23, 2022

FAQ

Who is your MBA program for?

The 20-month English-language program is designed for managers who plan to rebuild Ukraine in the post-war period. For those who want to work in the country, develop and create a business. For those who see challenges as opportunities instead of obstacles.

What is the duration of the program?

The program  covers the period for 20 months and consists of Core courses and Elective courses. Courses last 2-3 months, a student can take up to 2 courses at the same time.

The program is supplemented by a practical Simulation course that will allow you to make business decisions, analyze them and evaluate them in terms of effectiveness. This is real practice in a safe business environment.

 

During the program students prepare the Capstone Project and defend it at the end of their studies.

What is the Capstone Project?

Capstone Project is a practical work, a business plan prepared by a student at the end of the MBA program. It is aimed at creating a new business or improving an existing one. CP applies the knowledge acquired during the entire learning.

Study schedule and format?

The schedule is flexible and adapted to students’ working hours. The studying takes place in the evenings and/or on weekends. In total, about 12 hours per week.

 

The courses are online. If possible, we will continue offline studying in Kyiv. 

Language?

English, the Intermediate level is sufficient for studying.

Do you accept the results of IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge English Language Assessment (CELA) instead of an interview in English?

Yes, if you have a Master’s / Specialist’s degree.

What is the group size?

20-25 students

What if an air raid starts during the class?

We care about your safety. Detailed rules and procedures will be sent to students before the start of  studying.

Cost and payments?

The cost of the MBA program is UAH 540,000. The sum is paid in separate monthly payments.
