Valentyn Litvinov

Analyst specializing in the resilience and stability of agri-food systems, Ukraine's foreign trade relations, and agri-food markets, as well as an expert in ensuring the quality of surveys

Biography

Valentin Litvinov began his career at a non-governmental analytical center, where he was involved in the analysis of public finances and state budget analysis. He worked as an advisor in the patronage service of the Ministry of Economy, after which he joined the EU and World Bank project ‘Support for Transparent Land Governance in Ukraine.’ He obtained Master’s degree in Economic Analysis at the Kyiv School of Economics.

He is engaged in policy and impact assessment of public support of agriculture in Ukraine, expert in resilience and shocks measurement assessment. At the same time, he advises the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on technical matters and provides general support to the ministry. He is a Ph.D. candidate at Wageningen University & Research (WUR) in the Netherlands.
