Valentyn Litvinov

Biography

Valentyn Litvinov graduated from the Kyiv School of Economics, began his career at a non-governmental think tank, where he analyzed public finances and did budget analysis. He worked as an advisor in the Minister’s Office of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and then joined the EU and the World Bank project “Supporting transparent land governance in Ukraine.” Valentyn is combining positions at the KSE and Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, he is responsible for policy analysis in agricultural sector and contribution technical support to the Ministry.
