She holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and Actuarial Mathematics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, as well as a Master’s degree in Economic Analysis from the Kyiv School of Economics and the University of Houston, USA.
She leads and conducts policy and economic research in the areas of public procurement, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, private sector strategic development, economic strategies for governments, regional policy, and international trade.
In 2019–2020, she served as the CEO of KSE, after which she became the head of the KSE Institute. From 2013 to 2018, she worked as a junior research fellow and head of department at KSE.
Since 2014, she has been a member of the Editorial Board of VoxUkraine.
