KSE University enrolled 812 students in 2026: 515 for undergraduate and 297 for graduate programs. The average undergraduate admission score is 174.4, the highest among all enrolled applicants at Ukrainian universities.

In August 2026, revenues of the general fund of local budgets—excluding inter-budgetary transfers—amounted to UAH 55.8 billion, a 19% increase compared to August 2025. The growth rate was 2.3 times higher than the annual inflation rate of 8.1%. Revenues in 12 regions grew faster than the national average, meaning the own revenue base of communities continued to expand despite significant security risks.
