KSE University ranks first in Ukraine by average admission score for enrolled undergraduate students. In 2026, 515 undergraduate students enrolled at KSE with an average score of 174.4, and 215 of them received financial support from KSE. Another 297 students enrolled in Master’s programs. The university holds the highest ranking among both state-funded and contract-based applicants. KSE also ranks first in Ukraine for the average mathematics score among enrolled applicants at 180.5.

Five applicants achieved a perfect admission score of 200. Among them is Ivan Prudko, one of two Ukrainians who scored 200 in all four NMT subjects this year. He earned maximum points in mathematics, Ukrainian language, history of Ukraine, and geography.

KSE enrolled 17 winners of national STEM Olympiads who took first or second place. Another 8 students from the new cohort are participants and winners of international Olympiads.

“KSE has a very strong cohort this year. We have the highest average admission score among enrolled applicants in Ukraine. Our students’ average math score is 180.5, also the highest in Ukraine. Much of what we do at KSE—economics, data, AI, engineering—relies on mathematics. We work with Olympiad participants, seek out strong students, and invite them to KSE,” says Tymofii Brik, Rector of KSE University.

50 KSE students received the Come Back Home grant this year—a program for applicants returning to study in Ukraine or who were considering studying abroad. Among them are 37 undergraduate and 13 graduate students. A total of 100 applications were submitted for the grant—76 for undergraduate and 24 for graduate programs. 21 students returned from abroad, while another 29 had applied to foreign universities but decided to study in Ukraine.

Earlier, KSE Product Lab students launched the “2026 Applicant Calculator.” The tool calculated the probability of admission to a specific program at a specific university: applicants enter their scores, select a program, and see how their strategy aligns with their goals—across universities, programs, and between state-funded and contract options. At the time of launch, the model had analyzed over 690,000 applications.
