Deadline for registration for the program Economics, Markets and Data Analysis

Description

The program consists of 9 modules one and a half days each (second part of Friday and all Saturday) every two weeks. Program is free. The selection is held by competition among registered candidates after a skype interview.

Courses: Macroeconomics for journalists, Financial markets, Public and corporate finances, Data-journalism, Human-dimensional economics. Courses will tell you about poverty, labor market and inequity, the final module on media as a business.

Deadline for registration is until 12:00 on February 24. Classes start in the evening on March 1. Media workers, representatives of media non-governmental organizations and analytics centers can register. Preference is given to journalists.

After finishing the program students will receive certificates and enroll KSE Journalism Club Alumni Club. This is a community of professional economic journalists who are the first to know about the best vacancies and receive invitations to closed-doors events with interesting newsmakers. Today the Club brings together more than 100 journalists.
