KSE students are launching a series of practical oriented meeting at KSE Finance Club.
This Thursday, on February 2nd at 17:00 (Room 403) we will have a meeting with Volodymyr Marchak (KSE’2003), associate at Capital Times. The meeting will be devoted to M&A deals analysis. Volodymyr kindly accepted our invitation to share his 6+ experience in this field.
We will go through key M&A deal stages, most common valuation approaches and analysis of last deals on Ukrainian market. You will also learn about local market specifies.
