About the speaker. Yuriy I. Yekhanurov is the Former Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Defence and First deputy head of the Ukrainian Presidential Secretariat. Mr. Yekhanurov holds a Ph.D.-equivalent degree in Economics and is the Professor at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and the member of the KSE Board of Directors.
