Department provides professional education for civil servants and civil society representatives, conducts policy research and contributes its expertise to public administration reform implementation.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Position Summary: Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and implementing different initiatives and projects of the Department ensuring sustainable relations with donors and adherence to quality standards.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Your role will include:<\/b><\/div>\n<div>Coordination of projects\u2019 activities and supervision of its implementation by project team.<\/div>\n<div>Development and implementation of new projects and educational programs of the Department.<\/div>\n<div>Grant applications submission and preparation of related materials.<\/div>\n<div>Organizational and logistical support of projects\u2019 activities.<\/div>\n<div>Control of related documentation (contracts, invoices and others).<\/div>\n<div>Coordination of events of the Department.<\/div>\n<div>Maintenance of successful relationships with partners.<\/div>\n<div>Customer relationship building and assistance in clients&#8217; problem-solving.<\/div>\n<div>Basic website and social media content management.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>What are we looking for:<\/b><\/div>\n<div>Initiative and high level of responsibility in work<\/div>\n<div>Relevant Master\u2019s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience<\/div>\n<div>Fluent Ukrainian and upper-intermediate English (oral and written)<\/div>\n<div>At least 2 years of relevant professional experience<\/div>\n<div>Strong communication, negotiation &amp; presentation skills<\/div>\n<div>Preference will be given to candidates who have expertise in education and\/or prior leadership and managerial experience.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>We offer:<\/b><\/div>\n<div>Possibility of training and self-development<\/div>\n<div>Official and timely salary<\/div>\n<div>Flexible work schedule is possible<\/div>\n<div>Warm and friendly attitude to every member of the team<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>If you are a person who can be relied upon for support you are welcome to apply.<\/div>\n<div>Please, send your CV indicating the salary expectations to vacancy@kse.org.ua.<\/div>\n<div>Mark the letter subject \u201cProject Manager position\u201d.<\/div>\n<div>We&#8217;ll contact you if there&#8217;s a fit with our opportunity.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) is a World-Class University with a reputation for excellence in Education, Research and Policy Advice both in Ukraine and internationally.
