On Wednesday, August 26, the first group of \u00a0KSE MBA\u00a0students<\/b>\u00a0started Live Case preparetion from visit to professional outsourcing contact center ARCE<\/a><\/b>. They met and networked with TOP managers of the company.<\/div>\n

Co-owners Oleg Miroshnichenko<\/b>, who is responsible for sales, and Vladimir Melnik,<\/b> who is in charge of financial issues, shared their experience of building and managing company in modern conditions of Ukrainian business environment.<\/div>\n

Their colleague\u00a0Vera<\/b>\u00a0Rodionova\u00a0<\/b>told how the internal and external marketing works out in ARCE. She also shared with our students the structure and key pionts of staff development programs that are used in company.<\/div>\n
