Yesterday,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2015\/07\/29\/us-ukraine-crisis-mh17-un-idUSKCN0Q32GS20150729\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Russia vetoed the UN resolution<\/a>\u00a0(proposed by the\u00a0four countries that suffered the greatest loss of human life) to form a Criminal Tribunal to punish those directly and indirectly responsible for the downing of Malaysian Airlines Flight 17.<\/p>\n<p>Of the 15 members of the Security Council, 11\u00a0voted for the tribunal, three Russian-friendly countries abstained, while\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/2015\/07\/29\/us-ukraine-crisis-mh17-un-idUSKCN0Q32GS20150729\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Russia cast its veto<\/a>.
