At KSE, we are convinced that crisis periods are ideal for <b>breakthrough strategies<\/b>.<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\nBut how to reach such breakthrough?<\/b> We give you an opportunity to think about this issue\u00a0 from a strategic and structural point of view during a two-day practical seminar.\u00a0 The current economic climate is not the right time for abstract theories. That is why we invite managers and executives not to discuss some cases from other countries and centuries, but to discuss their own strategies for the coming year.<\/p>\n<p><u><b>Author of the program<\/b><\/u><b>:<\/b> <a href=\"\/?pageid=448\">Pavlo Sheremeta<\/a><\/p>\n<p><u><b>Experts<\/b><\/u>: <a href=\"\/en\/about\/KSE-team\/faculty-team\/Tom-Coupe\/#.ULS1eGcfwTA\">Tom Coup\u00e9<\/a> and <a href=\"\/en\/about\/KSE-team\/faculty-team\/?profileid=18#.ULS1jmcfwTA\">Olesia Verchenko<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>To participate in the strategic session \u201c2013 Breakthrough Strategy\u201d which will be held on December 21-22, 2012, at KSE (13 Yakira Str.)<\/b> we invite companies\u2019 management teams (including CEO, CFO, production manager or a person with similar responsibility, sales manager, marketing manager and HR manager) to participate in the strategic session \u201c2013 Breakthrough strategy\u201d. The maximum number of participants from a company is 6 people (minimum \u2013 3 people from the abovementioned list).<\/p>\n<p>During the two-day session, participants will be able to study some companies\u2019 experience in successful implementation of antirecessionary strategies by taking valuable and low-cost management decisions.
