For the four years of the championship existence in Ukraine, it managed<br \/>\nto involve more than 3500 students from all over Ukraine and educated a<br \/>\ngeneration of young talented managers. This year the Kyiv School of Economics will be a partner of the championship.<\/p>\n<p>Each student of the Ukrainian institute or university of 3 to 5 years of studies can <b>register and participate in the championship free of charge<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Create your own team which will become a board of directors of a large company within the framework of GMC Junior.<\/p>\n<p><b>The team task is<\/b> to study the history of the company\u2019s development (competition keyster), analyze its financial state, production capabilities, place on the market and its development potential. According to the analysis results, the team should work out and implement the company\u2019s strategy aimed at successful development and maximum share prices. The winner team will achieve the highest share price among the virtual companies.<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the project will give students such opportunities as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Feel the realia of business competition<\/li>\n<li>Gain new knowledge and use them in practice<\/li>\n<li>Choose professional orientation<\/li>\n<li>Get to know top-managers and owners of the largest companies in Ukraine<\/li>\n<li>Get closer to your dream work<\/li>\n<li>Get unique experience of large company management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The competition promotion tour starts on September 26. It will take place in 27 cities and 130 higher educational institutions of Ukraine. The championship will begin on November 1 and will include 4 online tours, as well as \u0435\u0440\u0443 National cocktail party, where the semi-final winners will be announced. Top-8 teams-finalists will automatically get to the 1st round of the adult GMC competition league, where they will compete for the title of the best managers\u2019 team along with top-managers of the most powerful companies in Ukraine. One of the fifth season championship innovations is the regions battle. Each region is represented by a mentor who is a successful participant of the previous years\u2019 GMC championships. He will advise the team of the exact region.
