It gives the Internet users an opportunity to get the most detailed and full information on the economic development of the Ukrainian regions that is available on the Internet today.<\/p>\n<p>The Atlas is based on the data of four levels: state, regional, district and local levels. The major factors of analysis were foreign investment, capital investment, average wage, export, proximity to borders and quantity and quality of the region\u2019s resources. The Atlas allows comparing the elements of one level, e.g. region A and region B, as well as the elements of different levels, i.e. \u2013 region A and district B.
