Sexual exploitation and abuse are unacceptable behaviors that are prohibited for all KSE staff and partner organizations. Your report will be treated with due attention and strict confidentiality. <\/h1>\n

What is sexual exploitation?<\/h2>\n

Any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust, for sexual purposes. This includes human trafficking and prostitution. <\/p>\n

What is sexual abuse?<\/h2>\n

Any actual or threatened physical intrusion of a sexual nature, whether by force or under unequal or coercive conditions.<\/p>\n

Sexual exploitation and abuse can happen to anyone\u2014men, women, boys, and girls\u2014of any age, with or without disabilities, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, and under any circumstances.<\/p>\n
