Sexual exploitation and abuse are unacceptable behaviors that are prohibited for all KSE staff and partner organizations. Your report will be treated with due attention and strict confidentiality.
What is sexual exploitation?
Any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust, for sexual purposes. This includes human trafficking and prostitution.
What is sexual abuse?
Any actual or threatened physical intrusion of a sexual nature, whether by force or under unequal or coercive conditions.
Sexual exploitation and abuse can happen to anyone—men, women, boys, and girls—of any age, with or without disabilities, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, and under any circumstances.
Protection from sexual exploitation and abuse:
In accordance with United Nations standards of conduct, KSE staff and partner organization employees shall not:
- Engage in sexual activity with anyone in exchange for money, employment, preference, goods, or services
- Engage in sexual activity with any child under the age of 18
- Engage in any other form of sexual humiliation, degradation, or exploitation.
Report suspected sexual exploitation and abuse:
If you are aware of a possible case of sexual exploitation and abuse by KSE personnel or a partner organization employee, or if you have suspicions regarding this, please report it.

Describe in detail what you know about the incident or incidents. - Who committed the potential offense?
